If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with any product you purchase, just return it within 15 days for a complete refund, less shipping charges. We only ask that the products returned are in new resaleable condition, unless defective. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Except for defective merchandise, no returns are allowed after 15 days from original invoice date.
1. Before returning any items.
2. Use the original carton if it is in good shape, or use a
good solid carton. Package securely to avoid damage
during shipment
3. Remember to insure your package for loss or damage in
transit as the carrier assumes responsibility of your
package until it is delivered to us.
Please allow sufficint time for your shipment to be delivered ( normally 5 - 10 days). Once we recieve your shipment, we will credit your account or issue a refund check.
